House - Fall 2025 - Fall 2025

Lakes Athletics Fall Ball registration is now open for players and volunteer coaches. Lakes fall season offers a full complement of baseball for the 5U – High School divisions including a 7U player/coach pitch level NEW to the fall season!

All players will receive a hat and jersey with registration. Hoodies and other apparel will be available for additional purchase through our Team SpiritWear Store. Kids are sorted to play in the same divisions they will be playing in next Spring season (division cutoff date is 4/30/26).

Typically, there will be one weekday practice with games on Friday nights in September and Sundays through mid-October. The oldest levels may see games on a different weekday instead of Friday, especially depending on crossover partners schedules. We are targeting the third week of August to assign teams, and coaches will reach out to their team shortly after that with the game/practice schedule. It will be a 9-game regular season, with the first games on Friday, September 5th.

Practices will begin in late August (at the discretion of team coaches). There will be All-Star Games at the 8U and 10U level scheduled for Saturday, October 18th and playoff games (at select levels) scheduled for Saturday, October 25th and/or Sunday, October 26th.

Most home games will be at Hickory Glen Park, although some games may be located at Long Field, Janowski Park or Shepherd of the Lakes Field. Certain levels may partner with a neighboring organization for a crossover game or two as needed.

Lakes Athletics travel division, known as the Legends, registration is invitation only. By registering, you are fulfilling the requirement of completing the code of conduct agreement and supplying your contact information.

In operation since 1964, Lakes Athletics Baseball is the fastest growing youth baseball organization in Oakland County, offering both travel and house/recreational baseball opportunities for children from ages 4 to 18 years old to learn life lessons through baseball. Players have been taught fundamentals and rules of youth baseball while having fun in a team environment. House baseball teams will play most games at Hickory Glen Park, Shepherd of the Lakes Church or Long Field in Commerce Township. Hickory Glen Park is located on Glengary between South Commerce and Benstein in Commerce Township across from Wolverine Lake and the Wolverine Lake Police Department. Shepherd of the Lakes Church is located on South Commerce between Glengary and Oakley Park and is located across the street from Walled Lake Central High School. Lakes Athletics travel baseball division, the Legends, share the baseball fields at Hickory Glen Park as well as Long Field and have divisions from 8U - 16U level.

Lakes Athletics is always about teamwork, baseball knowledge, and player development in a family atmosphere. Lakes Athletics at Hickory Glen Park has a concession stand and clean bathrooms at our field house with portable bathrooms throughout the park. Hickory Glen Park has seven clean baseball fields that are attended to before and after events. Lakes Athletics has two batting cage tunnels at Hickory Glen Park to practice hitting and pitching. A playground area is available for families to play at before, during, and even after events. All of Lakes Athletics age groups are designed for fun, awareness, and progression.
